Privacy Policy

Pre-Trip Coach is a CDL study aid. We built it to respect your privacy. In short: we don't collect, sell, or share your personal information.
What we collect
Nothing personal. The app has no accounts and no sign-in. Your study progress (which steps you've mastered, your Challenge Bank, and your day streak) is stored only on your own device using your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
No tracking, no ads
We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, trackers, or social-media SDKs. We do not build a profile of you.
The "Report a problem" button
If you tap "Report a problem," your phone's email app opens so you can voluntarily send us feedback at help@pretripcoach.com. We only receive what you choose to type and send. We use it to fix content and improve the app.
Children
The app is intended for adults preparing for a commercial driver's license and is not directed to children under 13.
Not official / not legal advice
Pre-Trip Coach is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any government agency. Content is based on public driver and commercial-driver handbooks and is provided for study only; always verify against your current official handbook.
